Karina Radin

Hello mamas and mama to be!! My name is Karina and I'm so excited you've landed on this course. I am a mama to 1.5 year old girl, Eva, a wife, yoga & meditation teacher, life coach and marketing guru. I have been practicing vinyasa, tantra, yin and restorative yoga for 10 years with a speciality in prenatal yoga! My mission is to bring yoga to the busy and modern time mama, who is juggling all the things while committed to staying grounded, confident, & inspired in their home life, career and personal growth. I blend my classes to include proper & safe alignment techniques, efficient and quick workouts as well as Kabbalah based meditations, while I coach you through grounding mantras, and mind/body visualizations on how to connect to each cell, tissue and muscle in your body. You walk away feeling strong and empowered.
